Why Teragent
How We Work
Direct accountability
Company leadership walks the site, prices the work and manages performance. Contracting officers deal with a decision-maker from the first site visit to final acceptance.
Built for the government schedule
Submittals, RFIs, QC reports and closeout documents delivered on the contract's clock, not the crew's. Paperwork is part of the work, not an afterthought.
Work on occupied installations
Base access, escort requirements, phasing and shutdown windows planned before mobilization, so the mission keeps running while the work gets done. Same-day response across San Diego, Riverside and Orange Counties.
Military and engineering background
Twenty-three years of U.S. Army service spanning engineering, facilities, contract oversight and operations, including command of engineer units and a deputy role on a U.S. Army Corps of Engineers construction program. We understand federal facilities work from the government side of the table.

Teragent's leadership brings experience from both sides of federal work: managing construction as a contractor, and serving as an Army engineer officer responsible for the facilities, equipment and people that units depend on.
That second half is the reason the company exists. Government work fails in predictable ways: a contractor who disappears between the award and the notice to proceed, submittals that arrive late enough to push the schedule, a closeout package that takes three months to assemble. None of those are technical problems. They are management problems, and they are the ones Teragent is built to not have.
Every job is managed directly by company leadership. Scope is walked before it is priced, crews are local and base-access eligible, and contracting officers work with a decision-maker throughout performance.
